Guide to Receiving Top-Up Refunds in Experimental Phase and Pre-order Rewards

Dear Envoy,

After the official launch of Dream and Lethe Record, players who topped up during the Experimental Phase and Pre-order will receive refunds according to a certain ratio!

I. Experimental Phase Refunds

    1. Players must download the game and log in with the account used during the Experimental Phase.
    2. Once the character reaches Level 6, the refund interface will appear below the Envoy's avatar.
      Please carefully verify the refund amount to ensure it matches the amount previously topped up.

Note: Each account can receive a refund on only one character. Please consider carefully!

II. Claiming Pre-order Gifts

    1. Players must download the game and log in using the account that was used to purchase Pre-order gifts via the Webshop.
    2. Once the character reaches Level 6, the gift claim interface will appear under the “Lethe Perks” section.

Note: Each account can claim gifts on only one character. Please consider carefully!
