Closed Beta Top-Up Refund Rules

Thank you to all Envoys who participated in the Closed Beta Test of Dream and Lethe Record! All players who participated in the Closed Beta Test and topped up Gold will receive a corresponding refund when the official game launches.

A. Gold Top-Up Refund

The game will refund based on the total Gold that Envoys have topped up. The refund will be returned as Gold and Jades. Refund rules are as follows:

  • 100% of topped-up Gold
  • Additional Jade bonus based on top-up milestone

Jade conversion rate: 1 Gold = 7.5 Jades

1. Total Gold: 1–1000

  • Refund: 100% Gold + 50% Jade bonus
  • Example: 700 Gold →
    Jade bonus = 700 × 50% × 7.5 = 2625 Jades
    Refund = 700 Gold + 2625 Jades

2. Total Gold: 1001–3000

  • First 1000 Gold: 100% refund + 50% Jade bonus
  • Remaining Gold: 100% refund + 25% Jade bonus
  • Example: 2500 Gold →
    Jade bonus = (1000 × 50% × 7.5) + (1500 × 25% × 7.5) = 6562 Jades
    Refund = 2500 Gold + 6562 Jades

3. Total Gold: Over 3000

  • First 1000 Gold: 100% refund + 50% Jade bonus
  • Next 2000 Gold: 100% refund + 25% Jade bonus
  • Gold beyond 3000: 100% refund only (no Jade bonus)
  • Example: 4000 Gold →
    Jade bonus = (1000 × 50% × 7.5) + (2000 × 25% × 7.5) + (1000 × 0 × 7.5) = 7500 Jades
    Refund = 4000 Gold + 7500 Jades

B. Envoy’s Rebellion Pack Refund

Envoys who purchased the “Envoy’s Rebellion” pack will be refunded 7 Gold. This amount will be added to the total Gold for calculation in Section A.

C. Monthly Card Refund

Envoys will receive the same number of Monthly Cards during Open Beta as they purchased during CBT.

Example: Bought 2 → Receive 2

Note: Monthly Cards are stackable!

Important Notes:

  • 1. Refunds apply per account, calculated based on the total Gold topped up across all characters in that account.
  • 2. This CBT is a paid test. All data, including topped-up Gold, will be wiped after it ends.
  • 3. Refunds only apply to the same account used to top up during CBT. You must log in with the same account during Open Beta to receive the refund.
  • 4. Only actual in-game Gold top-ups are eligible. Event rewards, gifts, and promotions are not counted toward the refund.
  • 5. Top-ups via unauthorized channels, fraudulent actions, or refund abuse will not be eligible for any refund.
